We’re back
I’m glad to tell you all that we are finally back online.It’s been a while since I last blogged on here and, as you can see, all old posts have gone.
This is because 3iX hosting are rubbish. They decided that it was easier to delete ALL of the websites I was hosting with them, rather than deleting the one causing problems. To be quite frank their customer service stinks too… You’d ask them for a reason why your sites were down for the nth time and all you’d get was a standard issue reply… Don’t even bother asking them for an explanation as to why seriously…. 10 tickets I opened asking why my site was not working, adding more detail to the previous ticket… simple details you know, like “I understand that my site is down, what can we do to fix this?” only to get the exact same reply…
Talk about a headache….
So my tip for you… avoid 3iX hosting like you’d avoid the plague… saying that, dealing with the plague would probably be easier… sigh
